Brief Phone Consultation
We'll schedule a free 15-minute call to answer your questions, confirm we're a good fit, and discuss next steps before booking your intake.

Complete Intake Paperwork
Before your first appointment, you'll receive a secure link to complete intake forms online at your own pace — no paperwork in the waiting room.

Your First Appointment
Your initial evaluation is 60–90 minutes. We'll take time to understand your history, current concerns, and goals — and begin building a care plan together.
INSURANCE & FEES
Transparent pricing, no surprises.
We believe financial barriers shouldn't stand between you and mental health care. We accept several insurance plans and offer self-pay options.
Self-pay rates are available. Initial evaluations are $300; follow-up appointments range from $150–$200. We are happy to provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement.
Insurance coverage varies. We recommend contacting your insurer to verify your mental health benefits before your first appointment.

Do you offer telehealth appointments?
Yes. Most of our services are available via secure, HIPAA-compliant video appointments for patients located anywhere in Illinois.
How long does it take to get an appointment?
We typically schedule new patient evaluations within 1–2 weeks of your initial inquiry, depending on availability.
What ages do you see?
We see adults (18+) and adolescents ages 13–17. Adolescent appointments may include a brief parent or guardian check-in.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Your completed intake forms (sent in advance), insurance card, a list of current medications, and any relevant prior records if available.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
